Our History.
The foundation of El Cemento and Acero first started when Engr. Jericson Advincula and Engr. Allan Dave dela Cruz paths crossed during their university years on Mapua University.
What started as a relentless journey for excellence, finally came into fruition, when they both placed 3rd and 5th place respectively in the May 2017 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.
Prepared to rise higher, ELCA was founded last 2020, an all-in-one architecture, construction, and interior design firm creating homes, commercial establishments and industrial projects.
