The foundation of El Cemento and Acero first started when Engr. Jericson Advincula and Engr. Allan Dave dela Cruz paths crossed during their university years on Mapua University. What started as a relentless journey for excellence, finally came into fruition, when they both placed 3rd and 5th place respectively in the May 2017 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.
